eHouse - Intelligent Home, Smart House, Building Management System.

Introduction.

"Intelligent house" term means all sort of home automation systems for controlling, driving of independent systems and installations incorporated in the building. Home automation systems can manage many different building types: house, flat, offices, hotels, etc.
Building Management systems currently are most important system for trimming and equipping of the house.
Along with more and more expensive energy prices, ecology restrictions for new buildings, adjusting to investment expectations these system are practically inestimable.

eHouse system graphics control panel are realized on standard PDA or PC with supplied software. Visualization images can be created individually for any end user installation.
eHouse Controllers consist of large, advanced scheduler which can be programmed to run service, frequent, postponed and season tasks automatically.
PC support enables creating own software for working together with eHouse package, analyzing logs and run advanced users algorithms which can be necessary or appear in the future.

House is much more endangered then flat, due to large distance to the neighbors and has also much more week points.
It concerns possibility of burglary, attack, theft, fire, flood, sabotage.
In case of week or lack of efficient security system and alarm sensors monitoring any possible events in the house and premisses, counting on neighbors a few dozen meters from us or police reaction is rather too optimistic.

The weather, sun, wind, climatic events, time and season, architecture issues, window size and locations do not have such huge influence, as it is on central heating systems.
There is not big temperature gradient between the rooms which changes due to weather conditions, solar heating, wind direction, and many other unpredictable issues.
Additional savings can be achieved by automatic switching off light by setting them to turn off automatically after some time or turn them on, for a period of time as the result of movement detection.
